- Yossi Waxman
- Writer, artist, designer; Yossi Waxman was born in Jaffa, raised in Jerusalem, studied philosophy and history of art at the Hebrew University, and graduated from the graphics and video art departments of the Bezalel Art and Design Academy. He presently lives in the artists village of Ein Hod on Carmel Mountain, and show his art works in the village main gallery. He has so far published seven books - five novels and two children's books. His 4th novel, "Liebchen", won the 2004 ACUM Literary Award.
